Fees & Payment

1. Therapy fees (therapy-only route)

  • Individual therapy (60 minutes): £60

  • Six-session bundle (6 × 60 minutes): £330

  • Ten-session bundle (10 × 60 minutes): £560

  • Couples therapy (60 minutes): £70

2. Therapy bundles (how they work)

  • Bundles are paid upfront in full.

  • Bundles are used for individual therapy sessions.

  • Couples sessions are booked and paid per session (couples bundles are not currently offered).

3. Recognition Loops™ 1:1 Loop Recalibration (therapy + coaching + app guided study)

This is a therapist-supported pathway that integrates:

  • one-to-one therapeutic/coaching support

  • a curated study path through the Recognition Loops™ app

  • therapist input on relevant app submissions (where included)

  • written session summaries and feedback to support integration

Two options are available:

  • Compressed Loop Recalibration: 360 minutes of 1:1 support

  • Expanded Loop Recalibration: 720 minutes of 1:1 support

4. Payment methods

Payments are taken via Stripe.

Depending on your setup, this may include:

  • debit/credit card

  • Apple Pay / Google Pay

5. When payment is taken

Payment is taken at the time of booking. Your appointment time is only secured once payment has been successfully processed.

Appointments secured with 50% deposit, the remaining balance due 24 hours before the scheduled booking. 

This balance is payable via payment link no later than 24 hours before the scheduled booking.  If the balance remains unpaid, the amount due will remain payable and be charged accordingly.

For Loop Recalibration packages, payment is taken at the time of booking unless an instalment plan has been agreed in writing in advance.

6. Receipts

Stripe receipts are issued automatically to your email address. 

  • 50% deposit or full payment required at booking.

  • The outstanding balance must be paid 24 hours before the session. 

  • Unattended, unpaid sessions will still be charged outside the cancellation period.
