Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

1. Notice period
At least 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

2. Managing your booking
Appointments are self-managed through the Amelia booking system using the link in your confirmation email. If you are unable to access your booking link, please contact me via the Contact page as soon as possible.

3. Late cancellations or rescheduling
Sessions cancelled or moved with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged at the full session fee. For session bundles, this will count as one session used.

4. Missed sessions
Missed sessions without notice are charged at the full session fee. For session bundles, a missed session counts as one session used.

5. Illness and emergencies
If you are unwell or there is a genuine emergency, please let me know as soon as you can. I aim to be fair-minded while also protecting the integrity of reserved session time.

6. If I need to cancel
If I need to cancel a session, you will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule.

7. Bundles and block bookings
Refunds for unused sessions within a bundle or block booking are offered at my discretion. Where a discounted rate has been applied, any attended sessions will be recalculated at the standard single-session rate before a refund is issued. This means the original bundle discount may no longer apply if the full block is not completed.
