1. Confidentiality
Sessions are confidential within the limits of professional and legal law.
2. Safeguarding exceptions
Confidentiality may be broken if:
- There is a risk of serious harm to you or someone else
- There is a safeguarding concern involving a child or vulnerable adult
- There is a legal requirement to disclose
3. Clinical consultation
Where appropriate, I may use anonymised information for clinical supervision in line with ethical requirements.
