I provide specialist coaching, helping you to navigate autism (whether suspected or officially diagnosed), especially if this realisation has come later in life as an adult. I also specialise in the PDA subtype of autism, involving extreme challenges with the pressures and demands of daily life.

I have a unique set of experiences and perspectives to draw from, as I’m also neurodivergent. While autism awareness is growing, there’s still a long way before we find the understanding and acceptance needed to improve our quality of life and overcome the hurdles and inequities we face. There’s still a tremendous amount of ignorance and stigma surrounding autism, even among professionals. You shouldn’t have to deal with that!

Are you struggling with hyperactivity or restlessness, rejection sensitivity, extreme emotions, disorganisation, imbalanced attention or focus (either hyper-focused or non-existent attention span) – or any other issues with “executive functioning”?

My coaching for ADHD helps you learn how to manage these challenges so that your mind doesn’t let you down and instead works for you! Having ADHD myself – I understand and don’t judge. I know first-hand how difficult it can be to communicate your needs, feelings, and challenges!

Together, we’ll explore the unique nature of your attentional or “hyper” tendencies to understand how they play out in your mind, life, and relationships. From there, we can build on the best parts of who you are and allow those aspects to shine through – rather than feeling hindered and unable to complete tasks or follow through on your best intentions!

Thinking about changing our behaviour or learning new techniques is daunting and off-putting, however motivated we may feel. You need to have an optimistic, enthusiastic emotional attitude about the changes you’re implementing to be sustainable long term. The same is true for everyone, but particularly if you have ADHD. Your brain leans heavily on reward-based motivation to determine your choices and actions. Anything that feels tedious, hard work or gives you a sense of deprivation, self-sacrifice or lack – won’t work for you.
