– Refunds for the Reality Checked App and In-App Purchases are available within 30 days of purchase.

– Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Personal Coaching and Therapy Booked Sessions:
– Refunds for personal coaching and therapy booked online and in-person sessions are unavailable.
– We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise and offer a cancellation policy for these sessions.
- Cancellation Policy for Therapy and Coaching:
– For therapy and coaching sessions, both online and in-person, we require a minimum of 24 hour’s notice for cancellations.

– Failure to provide 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee, as outlined in our terms and conditions.
